Elisabetta Patelli joined the Firm in 2019. She assists clients, extrajudicially and also before the administrative justice bodies, in the field of administrative law.

Her activity is focused on issues concerning town planning, building, environmental, energy, public contracts and commerce fields. She also deals with all the regulatory aspects related to extraordinary corporate transactions, particularly with regard to the Italian FDI laws and regulations.

She graduated from the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi di Milano in 2012 and she was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2015. Before joining the Firm, she worked at leading administrative law boutique.
