We also provide assistance on real estate related contracts such as turnkey construction agreements and lease agreements.
In such context, the Firm also provide assistance on administrative law matters, including building and planning matters, retail licenses, environmental procedures, fire prevention matters, and anti-seismic regulations, as well as on public procedures in general (public contracts, concessions and private-public partnerships).
