Vanessa Sobrero is specialised in capital markets, M&A and Corporate Law. She has more than ten year experience in assisting Italian and foreign clients, both industrial and financial, in extraordinary transactions, including those on the capital markets (regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities) and cross-border, both in favour of issuers and banks/intermediaries in the role of sponsor, nomad and global coordinator.

She advises numerous and relevant companies, issuers and groups, also international, in regulatory, corporate governance, and market abuse matters. In particular, she offers advice in the structuring and implementation of corporate governance measures and remuneration policies related to ESG models.

She has a consolidated and significant experience in the SPAC-Special purpose acquisition companies sector having participated in the main IPOs and business combinations.

She has been collaborating with the firm since 2012. Previously, she has collaborated with a primary law firm in Milan and she has worked in the Italian Stock Exchange (Listing and legal affairs). She was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2007 after having graduated in Law from Bocconi University; she achieved a Ph.D. in Law of Business and Commerce from Bocconi University in 2008 and attended the University of California, Berkeley as a Visiting Scholar in 2005.
