Silvia Barbati primarily focuses on corporate law and financial markets. In 2023, she graduated with honors from the University of Trento with a thesis titled “Related parties transactions and corporate groups: an analysis in light of the Shareholder Rights Directive II and its transposition”. She also earned an LLM in Corporate & Financial Law with Distinction from the University of Glasgow.
Before joining Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, she worked for well-known international law firms in Milan.
