Rocco Ferrari specializes in real estate, focusing particularly on extraordinary sale and purchases of companies, individual assets and real estate portfolios (including sale and leaseback transactions) particularly with regard to retail, shopping centers, joint ventures, development operations and real estate contracts. He advises some of the most important international real estate investors, retailers, banks and asset management companies (which he assists in relation to the management of real estate investment funds).
He graduated with full marks from the Università degli Studi di Parma in 1994 and became a member of the Milan Bar in 1998. Before joining the Firm, he worked at leading Italian and international law firms.
