Rocco Curcio deals with M&A and private equity transactions. In December 2022, he graduated with honors and special mention from the University of Salerno, discussing a thesis on M&A and private equity transactions, and in November 2023 he obtained an LLM in Business and Company Law from LUISS Guido Carli. During his academic career, he worked as legal intern in the foreign office of a leading domestic law firm, and afterwards gained professional experience in an international law firm. He joined Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici in November 2023.
