Paola Tradati is a renowned labour lawyer who focuses in particular on restructuring processes, collective dismissals, transfers of business and stock option plans, as well as in domestic and cross-border labour aspects of extraordinary transactions.
She has in-depth expertise in HR contracts both in out-of-court settlements and in litigation before the court, in remuneration policies as well as in the area of agency and distribution contracts.
Paola is a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI), the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
She won the 2017 International Law Office (ILO) Client Choice Awards in the “Employment & Benefits” category for Italy. In 2016 Paola received the award “Lawyer of the Year” in the Labour Law practice – Trade Union rights and Industrial Relations at the Top Legal Awards 2016.
Before joining our firm, she developed an articulate experience working in an Italian leading law firm. Previously, she was Managing Partner of a leading Italian boutique law firm which specialised in Labour Law.
Paola graduated in Law in 1986 at the Universita Statale of Milan. She has been member of the Italian Bar since 1991 and in 2003 she was authorized to practice before the Italian Supreme Court. As a journalist she has written and published legal commentaries and legal publications on Labour Law.
