Nicola Bonante specializes in all Labour Law and Industrial Relations-related matters, including employees’ benefits, stock option plans, MBO(s) and LTIP(s), reorganization and restructuring processes, on a domestic and international level.
Nicola also deals in Labour Law matters in connection with extraordinary corporate and private equity transactions.
He has been awarded exclusive winner of the 2018 International Law Office (ILO) Client Choice Awards in the “Employment & Benefits” category for Italy and labour/M&A lawyer of the year – Legalcommunity 2015”.
He graduated from the University of Bari in 1998, where, from 1999 to 2001, he collaborated– as “cultore della materia” – in Social Security Law. He has been member of the Italian Bar since 2001.
He is a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA),  International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) as well as  the association Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (AGI)
