Mario mainly deals with M&A, including those involving listed companies, and assists Italian and international clients on corporate and commercial law matters.
He has also gained experience providing advice on trade compliance issues.
Mario graduated from LUISS Guido Carli University in 2020.
He joined the firm in 2023. Previously, he worked in the Rome office of an international law firm.
