Margherita Caldana joined the firm in 2022, right after having graduated in Law from Bocconi University of Milan in december 2021, discussing a final dissertation focused on the powers of the italian securities market authority, Consob, towards listed companies. During the university years, she worked in the firm as a legal intern.
