Ludovica Lorenzetto joined GPBL in 2021 following the merger with L&P – Ludovici Piccone & Partners, a firm founded by Paolo Ludovici in 2014. Previously, she worked for leading Italian and international law firms (Biscozzi Nobili & Partners for three years and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer for two years).

Her main areas of interest and expertise are corporate and group taxation, international tax, M&A and business restructuring, but she also deals with individual taxation as well as stock option and incentive plans. She advises Italian and foreign companies operating in all the business sectors, focusing on domestic, EU and international direct tax issues.

Ludovica currently acts as statutory auditor in a number of companies and speaks at post-graduate specialization courses and in-house training courses.

She graduated in Law and Business Administration at Bocconi University. She is admitted to the Italian Association of Chartered Accountants and to the Registry of Legal Auditors.
