Luca Tortorella has been working with the Firm since 2021. He has 15 years of experience in the transfer pricing and international tax arena. He has developed consolidated experience with major multinational entities (both domestic and foreign investors) in cross-border business restructurings and negotiation with the tax authorities for unilateral, bilateral and multilateral APAs (advance pricing agreements), also handling patent box procedures. He assists numerous multinational companies in defining transfer pricing policies and in all phases related to tax audits and litigation with the Italian tax Authorities – from pre-litigation/settlement to litigation before the tax courts – as well as in international procedure aimed at eliminating double taxation. He is the author of articles and contributions on transfer pricing matters.
He has gained his professional experience in a variety of industrial sectors, including: fashion, luxury and design, consumer goods, automotive, defense, household appliances, and pharmaceuticals.
Moreover, he worked for two years as transfer pricing manager in the London office of GlaxoSmithKline. He also worked with an Italian tax firm and started his career with PwC Tax and Legal Service.
He graduated in Business Administration from Carlo Cattaneo – LIUC University. He is admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants and he is Chartered Tax Advisor and Recognised Qualified Accountant in England and Wales.
