Luca Faustini mainly deals with the assistance in connection with financing and debt-restructuring transactions. He has gained a significant experience in the litigation practice and in the consulting activity with respect to securities, mainly derivatives, by advising leading financial institutions.

He graduated from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano in 1996 and was admitted to the Verona Bar in 2000 and to the Milan Bar in 2009. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked at some of the leading Italian law firms.
