Giorgia’s practice focuses on corporate law – with specific reference to corporate governance matters – and on M&A transactions.
She also has experience in drafting commercial contracts.
She joined GPBL in 2023. Previously, she worked for four years in the Turin office of a leading Italian law firm.
She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Turin in 2019. She was admitted at the Turin Bar in 2022.
