Gilberto Nava has gathered significant experience in the TMT and regulated markets sectors, with specific focus on electronic communications, media, postal services, electricity and gas for regulatory, competition and commercial profiles, both in and out of court. He provides assistance to leading international web operators for contractual, consumer and regulatory issues, and is active in assisting companies operating in various B2C markets for consumer profiles both in procedural and judicial settings.
In 2016, he was appointed as the Head of the TMT department of a foremost Italian law firm, a role he previously held from 2009 to 2016 at another leading Italian law firm. Previously, in his professional career, he had held institutional and also top management positions in regulated companies in the telecommunications and electricity and gas sectors of national and international importance.
Gilberto has also an institutional experience: he is a member of several Advisory Boards and Committees and has participated as an expert at AGCOM and Government working tables.
He is ranked in the most important international guidelines as a leading lawyer in the TMT sector.
He graduated from the University of Milan and has an MBA from the Politecnico of Milano.
