Francesco Pirisi primarily works in the corporate finance sector, assisting companies, funds, banks and other institutions with a wide range of financing and investment transactions, both domestic and cross-border. He has also developed significant experience in distressed M&A transactions as well as corporate and debt restructuring transactions, including within the context of insolvency proceedings.
He graduated from the University of Pisa in 2012 and from the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna of Pisa in 2014.
He was admitted to the Italian bar in 2015.
Before joining the Firm in 2024, he worked for leading Italian and international law firms.
