Fernanda Mottura’s practice focuses on M&A and corporate law.
She advises companies in mergers and acquisitions and private equity, including cross-border transactions and has, in addition, gained experience providing advice on corporate governance issues.
Fernanda joined the firm in 2025 and is a member of the Rome Bar Association. Previously, she worked for 6 years for two well-known international law firms. She graduated with honors from LUISS Guido Carli University in 2016. In 2021, she received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Cambridge.
