Eugenio regularly assists Italian and international clients in national and cross-border industrial M&A and private equity transactions, as well as on corporate law matters and commercial contracts. Over the years, Eugenio has also gained a proven experience in advising clients in connection with investment transactions, including joint ventures, involving renewable-energy assets.

He joined the firm in 2024 and has been a member of the Rome Bar since 2018. Formerly, he worked for a top-tier Italian law firm and for a leading international law firm.

Eugenio graduated with honors from Sapienza Università di Roma in 2015. In 2020 he obtained an LL.M. in corporation law from New York University School of Law, being awarded a Dean’s Scholarship.
He is an Italian native speaker and is fluent in English.
