Elvira Ricotta assists Italian and international clients, including banks, companies and investment funds, in leveraged and acquisition finance, corporate finance, real estate finance and refinancing transactions. She also brings experience in Debt Capital Markets transactions, particularly in private placement transactions.
Elvira joined the firm in 2024 and is a member of the Milan Bar.
Prior to joining the firm, Elvira worked for three years in a major international law firm in the debt finance department.
Elvira graduated with honors in 2021 at the Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi.
