Elisabetta Nunziante focuses on personal data protection, cybersecurity, regulation of digital platforms, liability of Internet service providers and IT law. She has developed a deep experience in providing ongoing assistance to several operators both in relation to data protection compliance and with regard to IT law and contractual issues. She assists clients in big data and data lake projects, artificial intelligence and compliance design of digital platforms. After graduating with honors, she obtained a LLM in Intellectual Property and Information Law from King’s College London, she worked for many years in a leading international firm.
