Dario Prestamburgo joined the Firm in 2015. He advises Italian and foreign companies and private equity funds in relation to corporate law and corporate governance issues as well as M&A transactions, leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and restructurings and commercial contracts in general. He became Junior Partner in 2023. He graduated with honours in 2012 from the Università degli Studi di Messina where from he was an expert scholar (Cultore della materia) in Banking Law. In 2015 he attended the Oxford Law Faculty as a Junior Academic Visitor, and in 2016 he obtained a PhD in Commercial Law from the Università di Catania. In 2015 he became a member of the Milan Bar.
