Carlotta Marconi mainly deals with M&A, equity capital markets and corporate law.
She has advised both Italian and foreign companies in extraordinary transactions, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, including cross-border deals. She has also gained experience providing advice on corporate governance issues, as well as in the context of takeover bids.
She joined the firm in 2022 and is a member of the Rome Bar.
Previously, he worked for a well-known Italian law firm for 4 years.
She graduated with honors from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” in 2017. In 2021 she completed, with honors, Ph.D. at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.
