Antonella Guetta joined the firm in 2020. She is specialized in energy law and contract law, with focus on the regulatory framework and governance of the energy market and particular expertise in the gas and electricity sectors.
She advises companies, institutions, and national and international market operators on the structuring, negotiation, and drafting of contractual arrangements, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts, and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) agreements, as well as other ancillary contracts. She provides strategic legal counsel on supply, distribution, and transportation agreements, assisting energy sector stakeholders in navigating the legal complexities of developing and implementing energy production facilities, both from renewable and conventional sources.
Her expertise extends to corporate acquisition transactions, including the drafting of key transactional documents, such as letters of intent, non-binding offers, share purchase agreements (SPA), and non-disclosure agreements (NDA), among others. Additionally, she has developed experience in the preparation of financing documentation for project finance transactions in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on financial and security instruments, such as term sheets, commitment letters, facility agreements, security packages, and fee letters.
Antonella graduate from Università Luigi Bocconi in Milan in 2017. She previously worked at some of the leading Italian and international law firms for the Energy and Project Finance department.
