Andrea Mirabella, Trust and Estate Practioner, deals in domestic and international taxation and wealth management. He assists Italian and foreign high net worth clients in tax, estate and inheritance planning and transfer of tax residence, as well as tax planning regarding artistic assets, financial and real estate taxation, and the tax treatment of trusts. He has assisted artists with reference to royalty and copyright matters. Andrea also specializes in assisting with cross-border successions, drafting wills and trust deeds.

Andrea joined the firm in 2024, has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2015 and has been a STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practioner) member since 2019. Previously, he worked for more than 10 years in leading international law firms.

He graduated at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2012.
