We assist insurance companies and pension funds in the structuring and execution of investment transactions in the main alternative asset classes.
We also manage the establishment of Italian SGRs, Italian branches of EU alternative investment fund managers, and reorganizations involving Italian and foreign entities subject to regulatory supervision according to the applicable Italian and European legislation and in the relationship with the competent supervisory authorities.
