Michele Aprile has been a partner of GBPL since 2021 following the merger with L&P – Ludovici Piccone & Partners, a firm of which he has been a partner since its foundation. He previously worked with Maisto e Associati for three years. Before joining the firm, he worked with Maisto e Associati for three years and previously with Chiomenti law firm for ten years (one of which in the New York office).

He is specialized in corporate and group taxation, taxation of individuals, taxation of financial instruments and financial transactions, taxation of real estate as well as international and EU tax law. He gained a significant expertise in advising investment funds. He is author of several publications on tax matters and he often speaks at tax conferences and lectures on post-graduate specialization courses. He graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University. He is admitted to the Association of Chartered Accountants in Lecce.
