Massimiliano joined in the Firm in 2019 as Counsel. With almost 20 years of experience in litigation on trademarks, designs, patents, secret information and copyright, acquired in‪ Italy and abroad. Beside this Massimiliano handles the relevant activities of financial enhancement of the intangible assets of companies, professionals and public entities, also in the field of M&A operations. Massimiliano has also gained a sound experience in data protection, management and valorization of data either personal or non personal and Information Technology.

Massimiliano constantly cooperates with the following journals and reviews: Rivista di Diritto Industriale, Eplaw and Les Nouvelles; he is speaker at conventions and seminars. Massimiliano is member of LES (Licensing Executives Society), Ecta (member of copyright committee) and AIPPI Gruppo Italiano.
