Guidomaria Brambilla joined the Firm in 2018 and became Junior Partner in 2023. He is mainly focused in corporate m&a and, in particular, he advises industrial operators and private equity funds on commercial and corporate law matters also in the context of extraordinary transactions, both Italian and cross-border, including mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, leverage buy-outs, joint ventures and corporate reorganisation. His experience spans several industries, including fashion, design, food and beverage, energy and retail. He graduated in Law in 2010 from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano and was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2014.
