Gianni Martoglia is a skilled practitioner in the fields of financial markets and mergers and acquisitions, and he is particularly specialized in private equity. Recently he has directed some of the Firm’s most significant and complex M&A transactions, assisting various Italian and foreign corporations and financial institutions.
He graduated with honours from the Università degli Studi di Torino in 1992 and was admitted to the Turin Bar in 1996. He has also written several articles on corporate law and securities which have appeared in some of the most important Italian publications. Furthermore, he was the co-author of the book “Tecniche di Private Equity”.
