Camilla joined the firm in 2024 and focuses on structured finance transactions. She graduated from the University of Trento and, during her academic experience, worked at a well-known auditing firm.
Camilla has also worked with a major international law firm at which she gained experience following several acquisition financing transactions and leveraged buyout transactions both syndicated and take-and-hold, including lending and bond issuance transactions, in addition to refinancing and corporate financing transactions (including revolving and capex facilities).
