Leopoldo Esposito is an Italian qualified lawyer in the Banking & Finance group advising leading banks, alternative lenders, investment vehicles of financial sponsors, large corporates and SMEs in a variety of financing transactions.
He has developed strong experience in all types of acquisition financings and leveraged buyouts transactions both in the syndicated and in the take-and-hold space, including structured as loan facilities as well as bonds issuances.
Leopoldo has also gained significant experience in refinancings and corporate financings (including revolving and capex facilities).
He graduated from the University of Naples Federico II and completed a Master’s Degree at Luiss Guido Carli University. Leopoldo is a member of the Milan Bar Association and and he obtained a Ph.D. in Law of the Economy of the Digital Society, with specific focus on cryptoassets.
Prior to joining the Firm, Leopoldo was an associate in a leading US law firm.
