Tiziana Germinario’s main areas of practice are debt finance, financial restructuring and structured finance. She regularly assists local and international banks, financial intermediaries, companies operating in different industries (e.g. automotive, energy, global contracts, pharma and healthcare, sport and entertainment, shipping, food and beverage, industrials & manufacturing) and sponsors in the context of corporate, leveraged and acquisition finance, as well as preoject, real estate finance and financial restructuring transactions. Tiziana provides assistance and is specialized in innovative green, sustainability-linked and ESG related financing transactions and has also experience assisting investors, originators and servicers in the context of NPL and UTP purchase and securitization transactions, including in the context of restructuring transactions.

Prior to joining the Firm, Tiziana practiced in the Milan offices of three of other major international law firms and acted as legal counsel at BNP Paribas.
