Luca deals with corporate law and provides assistance to listed and unlisted companies on extraordinary transactions.
He also has experience in the fields of corporate governance and commercial contracts.
Luca joined GPBL on January 2024. He previously worked for three years at a leading Italian law firm.
He graduated with honours from the University of Turin in 2019. He was admitted to the Turin Bar in 2022.
