Francesca Paladini deals with bankruptcy and restructuring law as well as banking and finance law. After graduating from University of Milan in July 2019, with a thesis in bankruptcy law entitled “The claw back action of guarantees”, she worked for four years in leading Italian law firms in Genoa and Milan. She was admitted to the Milan Bar in 2023. She joined Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici in September 2023.
