Bianca Bortolussi deals with corporate governance and extraordinary transactions. She graduated from Bocconi University in Milan in 2021. Before joining the firm, she worked as a legal intern in a prestigious New York firm and, subsequently, in another primary-level firm in Milan. She attended a course in International Commercial Litigation and Arbitration at the London School of Economics in 2018 and the Themis International and Business Law Program in Paris during the last year of university.
